Over 100 cars ventured to the Adrian Flux Arena; which included a celebration of John Moat’s 40 year racing career who has been staple of the EA scene and is the epitome of the 1300 sport. The night including 'old skool' action with a throwback race to open the 1300s- it was great to see Novas and Starlets charging round – poignantly won by John and with the meeting final ‘“Celebration of 40+ Years of 673 John Moat Behind the Wheel” Final. John had a smile from ear to ear throughout the day, which was great to see.
The Saloons were in great form too, their night starting with a charity ladies race; A huge well done and thank you Marie Mayes for organising and co-ordinating the race and well done to everyone for raising money for a worthy cause. Over 20 cars on track which was fantastic work by everyone. The Bangers also putting on some great action, some big wrecks and enjoyable action from them, well done to Team Yessss Gezze winning the points and to the Dover Boys for winning the Entertainer points.
