Flying Finn 2013 F1 World Champ

55a

According to a poll of drivers on the World Final grid, we will be seeing a driver win his first World Title at King's Lynn on Saturday night in the shape of Leek's Flying Finn - 55 Craig Finnikin.

Finnikin has been one of the form driver around the Norfolk Aren in 2013 and started off the year win with a final win and a runner up spot in the Grand National from the lap handicap but since then FInnikin has found it hard to finish and has only recoreded  a solitary heat fourth place in the remaining two King's Lynn meetings he has done this year.

However Craig certainly has a liking of the Sadlebow Road shale and he has won nine out of his career twenty two final wins at Lynn.

According to the drivers pole it's going to be a case of so near yet so far once again for 4 Dan Johnson who will take his third runner up spot in the world final in as many years whilst 259 Paul Hines will run out the top three.

The rest of the top ten is littered with big names who all have a good case of winning the big one such is the competitive nature and openness of this year's F1 Stock Car World Final. One name of note in the top ten is 53 John Lund who is voted as coming home in ninth place in the World Final despite not actually making the grid yet!
