Following the success of the Bears Charity Bash down south the team are looking to raise funds for charities at King’s Lynn’s Halloween Carnival Night which takes place on Saturday 29 October (5.30pm) will be seeing funds raised for both the Rockinghorse which is the regular Bears Charity and the McMillan Care Unit at King’s Lynn Hospital which was supported by Mick Gedney at the Big Van Meeting.
A near double figure entry of Bears is expected to be in action at the meeting which normally sees the biggest crowd of the season at King’s Lynn.
Bookings are now being taken. There will be a £2000 Prize Fund for the meeting which will see £1500 reserved for Start Monies as follows;
Drivers travelling up to 50 miles: £20
Drivers travelling between 51 and 100 miles: £30
Drivers travelling over 100 miles: £40
Drivers racing a hearse (irrespective of distance travelled): £50
Please note that £10 will be deducted from start monies for an incorrect roof colour.
This meeting also features the 25 & Under Championship of GB and the King of the Fens title.
