King’s Lynn Covid19 Measures
Racing might seem like a return to more normality, but it shouldn’t feel totally normal - there’s extra policies in place around the Arena to help keep the Venue “Good To Go” in combatting Covid19. There’s no secret about it – without these rules and policies in place we simply cannot open. So please; help us to stay open and follow these around the Raceway. It's important as ever to ensure we all adhere to these policies, to keep ourselves and everyone else safe.
Customers are advised to check the Government website for the latest restrictions applicable to them before bookings tickets.
Events are advance ticket only, please bring your confirmation email with you, this doubles up as your e-ticket. This is the email you received from us after placing your order. If you haven’t received this, please contact us by 5pm on the Friday before an event. No ticket, no entry and there are no on the day sales.
Upon arrival, please wait in your car until the gates open and are instructed to make your way in to the Raceway. The gates open 2 hours before start time. Normally toilet facilities are open prior to the meeting, however, this isn’t possible for the foreseeable future, sorry.
The queue at the gate must be socially distanced please. We will check ticket holders off as quick as possible.
Face coverings are mandatory around the entire Arena, unless exempt by Government guidance for Age, Health or Disability. Please ensure this is worn when you leave your vehicle.
Please maintain Social Distancing at all times around the Arena.
Wash and sanitise hands regularly. Hand sanitising stations are provided, please use them.
We are required to display the QR Track and Trace code around the Stadium, if you have the NHS app, please scan this when visiting.
Follow the one way systems in place.
The Grandstand is open as usual, however will be at a significantly reduced capacity. Seats are first come, first served. Pay on the day with the attendant as usual.
There is no pass out card system operating at the moment, if you wish to go back to your car, you must leave your name with the staff on the gate. There will be someone there all evening.
Regrettably, these is no pit access and spectators are restricted to the homestraight, Grandstand, turns one, three and four (Banger direction) or the Homestraight, Grandstand, turns one, two and four (Stock Car direction).
Sadly trophy presentations will need to be kept lowkey, there's no lap of honours on the Trackstar car, drivers will be asked to take a lap of honour, driving themselves around.
Toilets will periodically be closed for cleaning/ sanitising. We appreciate your patience whilst this is carried out.
Catering/ refreshment outlets are open, however are operating whilst following Covid19 measures.
When leaving the raceway, there will be two exits- the main exit as normal and an additional exit the other side of the Undercover Stand/ Race Control & VIP building.
BriSCA F1 Stock Car meetings only - Motorhomes are still welcome to stay in the main car park over night (The Field will be locked/ blocked) - no stadium facililtes will be open.
Your co-operation is very much appreciated please, failure to comply could result in you being asked to leave the stadium. Thank you; we look forward to seeing you soon.
