Advance Ticket Changes
Anyone purchasing tickets online from now on, will see a slight change to the way we handle advance tickets. You will still access the advance tickets via our website, you will then be re-directed to Ticket Tailor, our new provider, where you will need to complete the ticket order and follow the actions on screen.
Once the ticket transaction is completed, you will then be sent a barcode to the email address provided (please double check the email is right), please have this barcode to hand at the turnstiles, this is your ticket and will require scanning for entry. If you order multiple tickets, you will receive the corresponding number of barcodes; 1 ticket = 1 barcode, 2 tickets = 2 barcodes etc. Barcodes can only be scanned once.
Please be patient with us on the day, as with any new process, there may be teething problems and we will of course try to keep this to a minimum, but this should enable a quicker, more efficient process start to finish for the Customer, as well as us.
