Small Van Bangers Sat 26 April

Small Van Bangers make a return to King’s Lynn Saturday 26^th April, the rules are outlined below.

Small Van National Banger Events

• Vans must be built to National Banger specification
• Vans are limited to 1800cc Petrol and 2000cc Diesel. Vans shouldn’t be bigger than a MK1 Transit Connect.
• No Mk4/Mk5 Astra Vans
• No engine swaps are permitted. Age-related engine swaps may be permitted in RWD, but clarity should be sought first from the promotion.
• No Estate Cars to be converted into a Van. ‘Day-van’ / wheelchair type versions of high-top vans i.e Renault Kangoo, Peugeot Partner, etc. are permitted. If these are used there should be no plating of windows – i.e. just leave them as they come. Vehicles must still be derived from a Van – not a mini-MPV / SUV type, but must have been built as a light-commercial but with seated variants also offered. If in doubt, please check with the promotion.
