Pit Entrance trial

Race day change of process – please read.

On Sunday 23rd we will are trialling a new Entrance process for the pit area, particularly for Drivers.

So, on Sunday -

• Drivers please drive straight in and park up with guidance from the pit marshalls.
• Drivers should then walk back to Maggies hut, by the pit entrance, and queue to sign in and obtain their wristband.
• Drivers will also need to buy any additional wristbands for entry from Maggie for anyone that has travelled with you.
• Wristbands will need to be obtained before going to scrutineering
• On the entrances to the track, security and officials will be checking for wristbands.
• For spectators looking to get out in to the pit area, you will need to obtain a wristband from the security team on the gates.
• If you do not have a wristband on, no entry to the track coming from the pits. You will need to purchase admission again – so in your interest to not lose this.
• There will still be no general pedestrian entrance in the pit access road
• As usual; additional vehicles are not permitted in the pit area due to pit space; this will be monitored during the day.

We hope this new system will enable drivers to get in to the pits quicker and more efficiently.
